Residential Development
Our Plaza Project was a lot redevelopment in the Gatewood Addition of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We partnered with the city of Oklahoma City, urban planners, and other OKC departments to turn unused urban lots into high density housing development next to the Plaza District.
Architectural Concepts
We were able to provide architectural concepts to the city and developers to help reimagine this new space next to the Plaza District in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Engineering & Design
Using two decades of building and development experience, we met with the city planners, engineering, water and sewer, city council reps to complete a SPUD (Simplified Planned Unit Development) design for this property. We were able to increase the value for developers by subdividing the lots and changing the zoning to incorporate high-density residential housing.
Added Value
Developers were able to utilize this property to build 9+ units for residential rentals in Oklahoma City, with parking and close proximity to the Plaza District.
